Who is responsible

Browsing the site

Our host, Cloudflare, sees requests as they pass (IP address, browser, the page asked for) to serve and protect the site. We don't add analytics or tracking scripts, and the free charts you install never contact us.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email and when you joined, to tell you when sales open or send an invite code. Nothing else, and you can leave any time.

Accounts

Signing in stores your email, a one-time sign-in link (it expires quickly and works once) and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. That cookie is the only one we set.

Payments

Dodo Payments runs checkout as merchant of record. They handle your card and billing details; we receive the order, the product, the licence and your email, so we can grant access and help with refunds.

Access tokens

Installing a paid theme sends your access token to our private registry, which records which items a token installed and when, to spot leaked tokens.

In your browser

Chart sound preferences are kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

Who else touches it

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and abuse protection (Turnstile) on public forms.
• Neon: the database behind accounts, orders and the waitlist.
• Resend: sends sign-in links and waitlist emails.
• Dodo Payments: checkout, tax and refunds.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries until you leave or sales open and you've been told. Accounts until you ask us to delete them. Orders as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you by writing to Pending: contact email. We'll answer within a month, usually much sooner.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top does too, and account holders get an email about anything that matters.
