Installing a chart
Free charts install with the command on each chart's page. Paid themes install with your licence: create an install token in your account, and copy any command from the list there. That list also says what each install error means.
Something doesn't work
Email us with what you ran and what you saw. If it doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within 14 days of your report, you get a full refund. The refund policy has the details.
Payments and receipts
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your receipt and invoice come from them, and tax is added at checkout where it applies. A double charge or a billing mistake is always refunded.
Before disputing a charge
Please email us first. We can usually sort it out the same day, and a dispute pauses your access while it's open.
